A: 1stpartyQR has been undergoing a major platform upgrade to improve performance, reliability, and features. During this rebuild period, the QR code generation system was paused. We’re excited to relaunch the improved experience on May 1st.
Q: Do I need to rebuild my QR codes?
A: Yes. If you created QR codes before the update, we recommend re-creating them on the new platform starting May 1st to ensure they work properly with all the latest features.
Q: How do I recreate my QR codes?
A: Simply log in after May 1st, enter the same destination URL or content you used before, and download a fresh version of your QR code using the new interface.
Q: Will my account still work?
A: Yes, your account will still be available. For security and access, we recommend resetting your password when you log in for the first time after May 1st.
Q: Will my original QR code links still work?
A: Some previously created QR codes may not function as expected. To ensure a seamless experience for your audience, it’s best to generate new QR codes using the updated system.
Q: What about my past scan data?
A: The upgraded platform includes a fresh start for analytics, which means new scan tracking will begin after you generate updated QR codes. Previous data will not carry over.
